Sean was called into the ministry at First Assembly of God in Oskaloosa. After High School Sean and Holly, the woman who would become his wife, moved around to several places, but ended up in Springfield where Sean went to Central Bible College. While completing his degree in youth ministry, Sean spent four years ministering to the youth at Ash Grove as a youth sponsor. Upon graduation they moved back to Oskaloosa to be closer to family. Feeling God tugging on their heart to apply for the newly opened youth pastor position, Sean applied and he and Holly were voted in and have lead the ministry since the summer of 2009.
Their vision of youth ministry is to equip the students to not just be disciples but to go and make disciples. They recognize this is not their ministry, it is the students’ ministry.
Sean and Holly have been married for five years and have two young boys, Caleb and Jayden.
