Activity Center
(Gymnasium)
This
3,700 square foot facility is
loaded with a state of the art
sound system, concert grade
lighting, and video projection
system. It would be a
perfect fit for the following
activities...

- Banquets
- Concerts
- Conferences

Activity Center Rental Rates
- $20.00 per hour
(minimum 3 hours)
- $50.00 deposit required
upon signing of contract
(deposit will be returned if
facility is swept and mopped
back to its original
condition before usage)
- If setup fee is
required, a fee of $10.00
per hour will be paid to the
janitorial staff (minimum of
1 hour)
- Projection and sound
systems are a flat fee of
$15.00 per event
Kitchen
Ready to serve large groups and
centrally located within the
building. Can be rented in
conjunction with the gym or
community room.

- $15.00 per hour of use
- $50.00 deposit required
unless it is rented in
conjunction with the gym or
community rooms. All
appliances, supplies, and
work surfaces must be
cleaned and returned to
their original condition
before usage.
Community Room
This 940 square foot room seats
about 40-50 people and comes
equipped with a tv-vcr-dvd.
With direct access to kitchen
and bathrooms this room would be
a perfect fit for the following
